Lighting Up Minds and Hearts at Indian Institute of Logistics
Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is one of India’s most cherished festivals symbolizing the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance. It reminds us that even the smallest lamp can dispel the deepest darkness
Celebrated with joy across the nation, Diwali brings families, friends, and communities together. It is a time to renew relationships, share happiness, and reflect on values of hope, peace, and prosperity — values that resonate deeply with the mission and spirit of the Indian Institute of Logistics
Indian Institute of Logistics came alive with colors, lights, and joy as students, faculty, and staff joined together to celebrate the Festival of Lights – Diwali. The campus sparkled with festive decorations, diyas, and the cheerful spirit of togetherness that makes this occasion truly special.
The celebrations began with a traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. Students showcased their creativity through vibrant rangoli designs, cultural performances and traditional attire that reflected India’s rich heritage.
The highlight of the celebration was the cultural showcase, where students engaged in energetic games spreading the message of happiness, unity and gratitude. Faculty members shared warm wishes and emphasized the importance of celebrating festivals as a reminder of shared values, respect and harmony within the IIL community.
The event concluded with sweets, laughter, and heartfelt wishes as everyone came together to celebrate not only Diwali but also the spirit of learning, light, and leadership that defines IIL.
At IIL, we believe every celebration is a chance to build stronger bonds, spread positivity and inspire brighter futures — just as Diwali lights up every home and heart.
