IIL @ MBA Expo 2026 – A Homecoming of Aspirations
On 22nd February, Indian Institute of Logistics proudly set up its stall at the MBA Expo held at RR Inn, this was more than just an academic event. It felt like coming home.
A Region Close to Our Heart
Tirunelveli holds a special place in IIL’s journey, it is not just a city on the map for IIL. Known for its academic culture, disciplined student community and strong values, Tirunelveli has consistently produced talented individuals who aspire to excel nationally and globally.
It is a land of discipline, resilience and quiet ambition. Over the years, students from Tirunelveli and the South Coastal districts including Thoothukudi, Nagercoil and Kanyakumari, have walked into IIL with dreams in their eyes and determination in their hearts.
Today, many of them stand tall as professionals in:

At the Expo, as students and parents visited the IIL stall, we were reminded of the many alumni who once stood in similar spaces, uncertain yet hopeful.
Students who travelled from small towns.
Students who were first-generation graduates.
Students whose parents believed education would change their family’s future.
And it did…
Students from Tirunelveli and neighbouring coastal districts bring:

Many of our alumni from Tirunelveli and the South Coastal belt are now working across India and abroad, contributing to logistics networks, maritime trade and corporate enterprises.

IIL’s presence at the MBA Expo is part of our continued outreach initiative to ensure that students from Tier-2 and coastal towns gain access to quality, industry-integrated education. The MBA Expo at RR Inn was not merely about brochures and program details. It was about conversations.

As we interacted with aspiring MBA candidates on 22nd February, we saw the same spark we have seen for years in Tirunelveli’s youth, ambition grounded in values.
